This website is for adults who are of legal gambling age in their province or territory (19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Stake is not available to residents of Ontario. It is your responsibility to make sure online gambling is legal where you live before signing up anywhere.

Everything on this site is general information, not legal, financial or tax advice. We work hard to keep our guides accurate, but bonus offers, rakeback rates and platform rules are set by Stake and may change without notice. Always confirm the current terms on stake.com.

We are an independent affiliate and may earn a commission when you register through our links or with the code SHIMA. We are not responsible for Stake's services, decisions, account actions, payments or customer support.
