We collect as little information as possible:

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Anonymous usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit for security and performance purposes.

We do not have user accounts, and we never ask for payment or identity information.

Our site contains affiliate links to Stake. When you click one, you leave our website and Stake's own privacy policy applies. Stake may use cookies or tracking parameters (such as the referral code SHIMA) to attribute your registration to us. We do not receive your Stake account details, deposits or personal data — only aggregated referral statistics.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law.

Our service providers may store data in Canada, the United States or other countries. Emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

This website is intended only for adults of legal gambling age in their province (19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
